As soon as we submitted the maintenance requests the guys came QUICKLY and EFFECTIVELY they didn’t waste no time and we are GREATLY appreciative of it. Everything considered this is an awesome place to stay. These are from my experience ,best pros that made it worth while for me. 1. Super quiet and peaceful. 2. Management is very nice and helpful. 3. On-site maintenance actually fixes things. I had a couple things over a period in a year and they took care of it pretty quick. 4. Pest control for me was legit, they come once a month and I never had any insects or anything. 5. Price you pay is good for what you’re getting. 6. Location is legit.

I lived here for a year and really it’s a great place to stay. It’s very quiet and peaceful, it’s an older place but still nice for the rent amount. I’ve had tons of packages delivered and left on my steps never had one go missing. There’s also the Amazon mail box so if it’s an Amazon package they’ll lock it in the Amazon mail boxes and you’ll get an email with the scan code to get your package anytime 24/7. Pest control I was amazed, it worked great for me no issues, and maintenance they fix.

So very happy to have lived here, Maintenance staff is efficient, super easy and friendly and very knowledgeable, it was never any worries when something went wrong. The office staff is also always so awesome and understanding with any questions or concerns they work hard to find out and help however and wherever they can! For anyone apartment hunting I highly recommend colony village!! Most pleasurable experience in a much needed time they got me in quick and very easy!

The ladies were FANTASTIC! Very professional, very knowledgeable, and very nice! Tour was amazing, the entire process was very smooth and very fast! The maintenance crew has been fast and reliable as well! My family and I are super excited to live here!!!
